Click here to see a satellite map of the complex, as well as rules and parking lot locations! The Wisconsin RFC asks that all teams park in the paved parking lot on Vilas Rd. The Clark St. overflow parking lot is unpaved and also a longer walk to get to the sidelines. If you do park in the Clark St. parking lot, do NOT walk across Field 1 to get to the sidelines, but rather follow the south parameter and wall around the field. Thanks!
HOTELS
We live in the information age, and since you have the location of the complex above, we trust you can all find hotels within driving distance. As mentioned above, Cottage Grove is just east of Madison, WI and there are plenty of hotels on the east side of Madison that are right on I-94/90/39. While there will be 16 teams from all over the Midwest competing in 4 divisions, there should be plenty of hotel space available as the Badgers football team is out of town this weekend. There are plenty of hotels within 15-30 minutes of Cottage Grove in any direction that we're sure you'll pick whichever is most convenient or cost effective for your team.

For teams in the Midwest D1 Women's, D2 Men's, and D2 Women's playoff events, there are three requirements for documentation. One, and probably the most important, is the USA Rugby Eligibility form that needs to be signed and stamped by your school Registrar. This form can be found by clicking here. It's easiest if you list the players alphabetically on the form. It may take a couple days for your school Registrar to complete the form, so please get it in early. If you don't have this form signed and sealed by the Registrar, you will forfeit your matches and no one wants to see that.
Second, all players must have valid picture forms of ID. This could be a drivers license, school ID, or anything that has the player's name as well as a picture of them.
Third, all players must show proof of insurance OR have a signed USA Rugby Medical Waiver form (which is you stating you have adequate medical coverage).
We will accept photocopied IDs and medical cards - this is actually preferred - especially if each player photocopies their individual ID and medical card on one sheet of paper and you present them in one tidy binder at checkin, sorted alphabetically in conjunction with your USA Rugby Eligibility Form (signed and stamped by your Registrar of course).

CONCESSIONS
There will be concessions available both days for a reasonable cost. There is also a small charge for admission to all non-players, coaches, refs, or trainers. Lastly, there will be custom t-shirts with the names of all teams attending for sale.
