Select Side rugby are the best players in the Wisconsin RFU coming together and competing in Midwest LAU tournaments on an annual basis. Historically, the Wisconsin RFU has done extremely well at these competitions which is a testament to the wealth of talent and experience in the Wisconsin rugby community. Select Side teams are typically categorized by age (except for Senior sides) and they are listed below:

The Men defeated CARFU 41-19 and Ohio 34-13 on their path to the championship and the Women defeated Ohio 29-5 and CARFU 25-7 to bring home the hardware.
